Howard Dean, who is the former chairman of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), wants to know “Where in the Hell is the Democratic Party.”

During an appearance on NBC “Meet the Press” with Chuck Todd, Dean said that the Democrats lost handily during the 2014 Mid-Term elections because they had the same message of “We’re not Obama either” as the Republicans.

Dean told Todd, “The Republican message was we’re not Obama. No substance whatsoever, ‘We’re not Obama.’ What was the Democrats’ message, ‘Oh well, we’re really not either.’ You cannot win if you are afraid…Where the hell is the Democratic Party?”
